Allison is an accomplished grant writer and fundraising strategist who excels at helping clients clarify their key messages and tell compelling stories. She brings ten-plus years of fundraising experience, most recently at Wildflower Schools, where she managed a portfolio of complex national grants while also coaching a network of regional fundraisers. She is committed to practicing the principles of community-centric fundraising and ethical storytelling. After earning her BA from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, Allison began her career working for an arts-based afterschool program where she discovered her love for grant writing and supporting the education ecosystem. That experience inspired her to study nonprofit management, earning her MA from Carnegie Mellon University before returning to MN to support various education organizations focused on the intersection of education and social justice.
